Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens — schedules shift, kids get sick, emergencies come up. We get it. But when an appointment is canceled at the last minute or missed entirely, that’s time our team set aside specifically for you that can’t be offered to another patient. This policy exists to respect everyone’s time, including yours.

48-Hour Cancellation Window

Appointments can be canceled without a fee if we receive notice a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Need to cancel or reschedule? Call us at (541) 631-8387 or contact us online. The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can offer that time to someone else.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, it is considered a late cancellation and is subject to a fee of $75 up to 100% of the scheduled service deposit.

No-Shows

If you do not contact us to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and/or do not show up for your appointment, you are subject to a fee of $75 up to 100% of the scheduled service deposit.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals that impact our ability to complete your scheduled service are subject to being charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).

To ensure you receive the full experience you booked, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This gives you time to settle in, complete any paperwork, and start your treatment relaxed — not rushed.

Appointment Confirmations

As a courtesy, we send appointment confirmation messages 72 hours in advance by both text message and email to the contact information you provided at the time of booking. Please respond to these confirmations — failing to respond may result in your appointment slot being offered to another patient.

Booking Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with Illume Aesthetics, you acknowledge your understanding of this policy and agree to the terms outlined above. This policy is disclosed in compliance with card brand requirements related to cancellation of services booked through our scheduling platform.

Applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted.
