Jen Bullock, Illume Aesthetic’s Medical Director and has been featured in Rogue Valley Magazine, Locals Guide and a known thought leader for Candela Medical, she’s one of the top aesthetic FNP’s in the country. Her love affair with skin care and medical aesthetics began nearly 20 years ago.

She holds an advanced education in medical aesthetics including general dermatology, advanced laser aesthetics, an advanced injectables certification, regenerative medicine, functional health, and functional rehabilitation. She is always gaining new certifications for her and her team to achieve the best results possible for her patients.

Jen performs all advanced laser treatments along with ablative procedures, body contouring, wrinkle reduction, laser hair removal, and regenerative services at Illume Aesthetics.

Caring for others through the vocation of nursing is important to Lauren, who completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing immediately following high school. She joined the Illume team in 2018, shortly after its inception. “I was excited to move into medical aesthetics after completing several other nursing assignments over more than a decade. Working with Jen and the professionals at Illume has been an excellent path for me, as well as for my family.”

A pro at techniques like the “non-surgical facelift” and a master injector, Lauren is a big fan pre-juvenation, believing that starting treatments in your twenties and thirties will prevent you from needing more invasive interventions later. A self-professed perfectionist, she works diligently to ensure superior results by being very precise in her work and educating patients about the most effective ways to treat their concerns. Her specialties include lasers, RF microneedling, and dermal fillers—which she loves to place in the cheek area to achieve full-face rejuvenation, “As we age and the fat pads in the cheeks lose volume, it’s amazing how impactful a little filler can be in providing balance to the face. It’s very natural—your friends will notice the difference but won’t be able to figure out what you did.”

In her personal time, Lauren loves spending time with her friends and family, including her husband, two children, and their new puppy. They love the beach and enjoy driving through the redwoods to their favorite destination, Gold Beach, where they relax in the beauty of nature.

A passion for creativity and patient care are at the heart of Lauri’s role as a Nurse Injector for Illume Aesthetics. Her artistic eye and advanced training in injectables provide a distinct advantage in delivering refined results with full facial balancing, liquid facelifts, and lip enhancements.

As a Southern Oregon native, Lauri began her nursing career in hospitals, working in Critical Care. Seeking greater fulfillment and a way to utilize her creative skills, she completed her aesthetic nurse training in 2022 at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has been working in Aesthetics ever since. With a strong attention to detail and a proficient knowledge of facial anatomy, Lauri enjoys getting to know her clients and developing holistic anti-aging treatment plans that combine injectables, laser, and skin care. She says, “It’s so important to not focus on just one aspect of aging when seeking the best results.”

In her personal time, she enjoys photography, taking road trips with her dogs, enjoying nature, and discovering new wineries.

Highly skilled in the art of human connection, Jessica takes a collaborative, educative approach to enhancing skin health—making her clients feel seen and heard so they glow from the inside out.“I love to cultivate an inclusive, safe space where my clients can talk openly and honestly about their skin concerns,” she says.

Jessica started her career in aesthetics back in 2017 and knew early on it was a career she was passionate about. She went on to complete her advanced training in aesthetics at the Northwest College of Beauty in Medford, Oregon. In addition, she has completed multiple specialty training programs with lasers, IPL, body contouring, and skin care technologies. With gentle hands and a calm demeanor, she loves to blend the relaxing elements of spa services, including massage, with results-driven, medical-grade treatments.

In her personal time, Jessica is an avid traveler who once lived on Hawaii’s Big Island for many years. She enjoys hot yoga, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her two dogs and cat.

With a passion for providing customer service at the highest level, Sairah loves building connections with patients at Illume. “It’s so great to see patients when they come in for their treatments, and I am excited to see the amazing progress they are making. So many of them come regularly, so I get to really know them, which is the best part of my job.”

Sairah coordinates with patients and Illume’s team of providers to make sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. With a knack for organization and with a drive to provide the best possible patient experience, Sairah has set up standard operating procedures to streamline the Illume’s systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent patient scheduling, post-treatment follow-up, and organization. She welcomes the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as Illume grows and evolves.

In her personal time, Sairah—a self-professed movie connoisseur—enjoys walking outdoors, playing guitar, reading, writing, and spending quality time with her partner. Her self-care advice for patients is to be consistent in a skin care regimen, even if it consists only of daily cleansing and moisturizing. “It makes a great difference in your skin!”
